Estate Monitors make sure the service you receive for communal cleaning and grounds maintenance (such as grass cutting) meets the agreed service standards.
Our Estate Monitors inform us about the service they receive from our contractor, Cormac. We have a Neighbourhood Services Manager at Cornwall Housing, who will respond to our Estate Monitors feedback and, if necessary, will challenge the contractor on any failings.
Our Monitors are very much part of the Cornwall Housing team, and we value their commitment.

We normally arrange two events throughout the year. This gives our Estate Monitors a chance to meet the Area Technical Officer (Alastair) and Contractor (Cormac), to receive updates and ask any questions. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have not been able to hold an event for our Estate Monitors. We hope to have one scheduled again soon. Please keep an eye on this page for updates.
