Specialist Equipment Supervisor

Salary: £33,776-£39,328
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
Hours: 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Details:

  • Plan, co-ordinate and supervise the operational delivery of our compliance related services.
  • Ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of staff, customers and contractors at all times
  • Ensure service delivery complies with current regulations, contract documentation, all working standards and directives whilst driving performance management and efficiency.

Water Hygiene Supervisor

Details:

  • Review occupied and void properties to ensure Legionella control measures, risk assessment and remedial actions are undertaken and remain valid
  • Analyse current compliance component/certificate/data information and processes
  • Propose and implement solutions where change and improvement are required.

Principal CDM Advisor

Salary: £42,481 - £49,088
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid
Hours: 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday
Details:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate CHL technical policies, procedures, guidance documents and safe systems of work.
  • Assist CHL Management, undertake risk assessments, workplace inspections and manage audits.
  • Plan, manage and monitor health and safety in the pre-construction phase, including; identifying, eliminating or controlling foreseeable risks; and ensuring CHL carry out their duties

Asbestos Supervisor

Salary: £33,776-£39,328

Hours: 37hrs per week, Monday to Friday

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant asbestos statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements.
  • Use your project managing skills to carry out removal projects and survey programmes - from planning to implementation
  • Assess and review project outcomes to ensure the delivery of a high performance service.
